Senior Support Engineer

We build several solutions for DevOps teams that help them easily manage and operate their Elasticsearch.
The position is remote – we are looking for A-players where ever they are.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers in various environments.
  • Working with AWS, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Infra-as-Code, Terraform.
  • Advancing and enhancing our products

Skills and qualifications

We are looking for someone to support customers in various environments in all Elasticsearch related issues. About you:

  • Experience operating Elasticsearch and/or supporting customers using Elasticsearch.
  • Kafka, postgreSQL – an advantage.
  • Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable approach.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
