Opensearch archive(zip/tar) for windows/non-windows

Will opensearch zip/tar for windows/non-windows be available for production use in time to come? Any timeline info would be helpful.

Hi Bhupendra,

From what I can see on roadmap the stable production-ready version 1 should come on July 12th.

You can already download beta-1 version here for linux and as stated there:

More artifacts and architectures will be available at the Release Candidate stage.

tar.gz (linux) will be available for production use at 1.0.

I don’t think Windows is going to be suggested for production use due to testing.

@spapadop As for additional architectures/platforms, I’m actually not sure that will happen at RC1 (see the roadmap which is more definitive than the webpage).
