Need help for installing OpenSearch S3 plugin

Hi guys,
I can’t install repository-s3 plugin for OpenSearch from the following page:
https://artifacts.opensearch.org/releases/plugins/repository-s3/1.0.0/repository-s3-1.0.0-rc1.zip
The error is “Access Denied”
Anyone knows how to install that file?
