Limit indexes and alerts a user can change

Versions OpenSearch/Dashboard: 2.9.0

Describe the issue:
I have some users with access restricted based on fields in the indexes. For example orgcode=“abc”.
I have set this up with a dedicated role and document level security. I was wondering how I could give these users access to the alerting feature and only show:

• alerts they created
• indexes for which they have access in the monitor dropdown

I’m doing my config first in the gui and then in custom yml files

@drBenway Did you resolve your issue? If not, have you tried the suggestion described in the OS documentation?
