Incorrect predefined users in documentation

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):
2.15.0

Describe the issue:
The opensearch_dashboards_read_only
and opensearch_dashboards_user
roles are not really existing.

and also predefined backend_roles is not explained anywhere.
