"Failed to update the monitor" after updating existing monitor config

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser): 2.2.0

Describe the issue: Failed to update the monitor" after updating existing monitor config (and selecting notification channel.

There is a fix in github [BUG] "Failed to update the monitor" after updating existing monitor config (and selecting notification channel) · Issue #470 · opensearch-project/alerting · GitHub but that is not helping.

While updating the monitor, even if we are using version 2.2.0, the problem persists.

Anybody has any suggestions for this please?

Not all of the channels are listed when configuring a new monitor. We dug deeper and discovered that this was due to the notification configuration’s max item limitation. We have 295 channels in total, but the limit is 200.

Couldn’t find this default max_items parameter in config.

Could someone please point me in the direction of where we can change the max items parameter in notification configuration?
