How do I get rid of "Failed to update the monitor"?

Hi Folks,

While working on my monitor, I often getting the message like this:

Failed to update the monitor

[alerting_exception] [ySspL4UB9PuZ1s_VpoQ2]: version conflict, required seqNo [256], primary term [195]. current document has seqNo [257] and primary term [195]

Could you please tell if there is a way to get rid of such annoying messages?
