Can you run multiple instance of opensource on 1 physical server

I am trying to get multiple instances of elasticsearch working on 1 server to no avail and can’t get any help.

I was wondering if it was possible with this. I am working on an Arkime build and have large but limited servers and would like multiple processes on each.
