Bug in Coordinate map visualization when viewed in dashboards

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):
This is on OpenSearch Dashboards v1.3.2 and several versions of Google Chrome

Describe the issue:
A description of the error with images showing the bug can be found here.

I have a visual bug in a Coordinate map that is in a dashboard. The map looks fine when the dashboard is loaded.

When the visual is viewed directly, zooming behaves as expected. However, when the same visual is viewed as part of a dashboard, zooming in or out at all causes the dot to blow up in size significantly, taking up the entire screen until one zooms out significantly. For instance, changing the zoom at all results in a dot that takes up the entire state of Colorado.

Reverting back to the original zoom level does not fix the problem. One has to zoom out significantly to find the edges of the new dot. The visual can be reset by refreshing the page, but changing the zoom will always cause the dots to explode in size.

The dots should behave in the dashboard as they do when viewing the visualization alone and not blow up in size whenever the zoom is changed.

Multiple users have encountered this bug independently on different versions of Google Chrome.

The map type is Shaded circle markers, Geohash aggregation.
