I work in an SFF site under VF (Vendor Flex). These sites currently have no way of monitoring failed moves in the same regard that NASC does. I know OpenSearch is the mechanism that allows NASC to monitor failed moves, and I’d like to explore whether this is possible for the SFF network as well.
I believe this would drastically improve DEA, as failed moves are one of our biggest problem metrics and we currently have no direct mechanism to spot them as they’re happening.
Please let me know if this is possible. I can connect you with anyone you need in SFF for approval or data that may go beyond me.
