You can track AUTHENTICATED events, all the tracked events are listed here: Audit logs - OpenSearch Documentation
If you are looking for the way to track event on OpenId side you will have to look at OpenId logs.

I have tested it too. Audit logs work for OpenID. I have attached my screenshot below.
