Alert action no channels visible


Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):
Opensearch 2.10.0 on Kubernetes

Describe the issue:
when i create a monitor with an trigger and an action in the “channel” dropdown none of my configured channels are visible.
all configured channels are Microsoft Teams webhooks and are working like expected with test messages.

i found a fix:
i created the alert via devtools with the channel id. it still shows no channels in the frontend but the alert is working like expected.
