Unable to create a monitor with AWS SNS Notification channel

Versions (OpenSearch 2.9.0/Dashboard 2.9.0/Ubuntu(Docker)/Chrome and Safari):

Describe the issue:
I’m trying to create alerts.
In the case of Slack webhook as a destination (Notification channel) everything is fine, but if I try to choose the already created and working (test message is sending okay) AWS SNS topic the page immediately turns white without any errors in opensearch containers.
That happened on version 2.3.0 and is still here after updating to 2.9.0.
Googling doesn’t help, unfortunately.

@vvoitiuk I’ve just reproduced your issue in 2.9.0, 2.8.0 and 2.1.0.

It looks like it never worked in version 2. I’ve also checked different browsers and the result was always the same - blank page.

There is already an open bug reported in the Alerting Dashboards plugin Github.

It is strange that I didn’t find this topic by myself, I actually thought I looked everywhere.
Anyway, I have gone with a Slack way.
