Where to ask a question about a plugin not in the specific categories?

For example analysis-icu, it doesn’t match any of the sub-categories. And the general plugins category isn’t postable to.

That plugin is in OpenSearch core repo, so use OpenSearch category with troubleshoot or other tags is ok.
