Hi. While it is early days for Open Distro for Elasticsearch, we are targeting releasing updates to Open Distro on a 2-week cadence to start. We want to maintain good version currency with the latest versions of the open source but will balance that against ensuring we deliver a high-quality product, you guys can depend on.
