Unable to download the reports in 2.12 OSD

Describe the issue:
I’ve upgraded from 1.2 to 2.12 Opensearch dashboards.
Created a Report definition and tried downloading the report as PDF.
On clicking download icon, a duplicate window is opened with security_tenant=global query param in URL. No files are downloaded.

Could you please share opensearch.yml and opensearch_dashboards.yml files ? Please feel free to change and remove sensitive values.
