Setting up monitor with alerting trigger not generating

Hello,

I am setting up a monitor with an alert for my logs. I have tested the alert and it works fine.
But when I changed the Trigger name and tested alert it did not generate SNS email or alert in Kibana UI.

I have acknowledged the previous alerts.

Any information as to why this would happen?
