Retrieval field selection support

Hi,

I’m new to OpenSearch and ElasticSearch. I’ve gone to OpenSearch and Elastic Search documentation. For OpenSearch, I go to OpenSearch documentation - OpenSearch documentation
It seems ElasticSearch documentation are more in details. Is there more OpenSearch documentation I should look at?

I’m looking for an equivalent functionality to ElasticSearch’s retrieval/search field selection. Retrieve selected fields from a search | Elasticsearch Guide [8.5] | Elastic

I’m really appreciated if someone here could point me out to OpenSearch documentation.

Hey @songohannyc , the OpenSearch documentation is still lacking many pieces (sadly) but you could look at Retrieve selected fields from a search | Elasticsearch Guide [7.10] | Elastic - the Elasticsearch 7.10, this functionality has to be supported by OpenSearch (in general, Elasticsearch 7.10 reference is the baseline for OpenSearch), thank you.
