Queries longer then 30 minutes generate an Unable to fetch terms error: Internal server error

Describe the issue:

When I generate a query longer then 30 minutes in some prebuilt dashboards i see the folloiwng error and all my drop down filters dont populate or work.

There doesnt seem to be any relevant information in the log related to this.

Hi @egraham. We have this issue as well and we cannot figure out what is going on either. No info in our logs as well. You mention that you have a query longer than 30 minutes. Are you meaning the timeframe of your query is “Last 30 minutes”? Also, do you have a very large amount of data in those indexes?
