Proposal to establish an OpenSearch Observability Special Interest Group (SIG)

We are proposing to establish a Special Interest Group (SIG) for observability at the OpenSearch Project. The goal is to bring together community members focused on advancing observability features, integrations, and best practices across the OpenSearch ecosystem.

We’ve raised the proposal to the Technical Steering Committee (TSC), along with a proposed charter.
