Via the Opendistro Alerting module you can send a custom webhook POST (Monitors - Open Distro Documentation) to alertmanaget of prometheus formatting the POST json following the official alertmaneger documentation Clients | Prometheus

There is also Prometheus exporter implemented as ES plugin. This exposes ES metrics directly in Prometheus format:
