Opensearch Windows Service can't start

Versions - OpenSearch 2.11.0 /Windows 11:
Describe the issue:
I’ve set up Windows Service (service name is “opensearch-service-x64”) in my PC though,
Windows service can’t be bounced correctly.
Windows event log says Function is incorrect.
I set up windows service using following command in command prompt.

command: opensearch-service.bat install

Installation was finished successfully, but the service aborts.

As per documentation below, Window 11 is not compatible with OpenSearch.

As I can bounce using opensearch.bat command in windows 11, I’ll use the method until opensearch supports windows 11…
