1.2.4 Upgrade to 2.16.0 Tarball.
Describe the issue:
I have been running into multiple issues trying to perform a rolling upgrade from 1.2.4 tarball to 2.16.0 tarball. I reverted everything to attempt a fresh approach. However, I came across this opensearch-upgrade-cli and was wondering if it is useful? I cannot find any documentation on how to use it. I was only able to find the download for it.
