Versions relevant - OpenSearch: 2.11.1
We know opensearch does not support rollback, but is there any work around or patch to support downgrade except taking snapshots and restoring.

@AshokPonna I’m not aware of any downgrade scripts or procedures.
As per OpenSearch documentation, it is recommended to take a backup of the configuration files and snapshot indices.
