Describe the issue: My Trace analytics dashboard does not seem to be loading information consistently all the time. Most times, the information will load the first time it is accessed and then on consecutive access, the page comes up with “No Matches” even after adjusting the date setting. It affects the Trace Analytics page and also Traces and Services subsections.
I am not seeing errors on the OpenSearch Dashboard logs so far, any suggestions on what could be the issue?
