2023-01-19 Update: As we reviewed readiness for the 2.5.0 release today, the docs team felt more due diligence was needed. We expect this to be completed in the coming days to allow for release on January 24th.
The Maps team found a last minute issue in their plugin. The 2.5.0 release date has moved to January 19th to accommodate resolution.
