Not able to view index patterns as global tenant from another user

Hello All,

Not able to view the index pattern while switching to Global tenant from another user. I have given all possible permission but it’s showing blank page. I have created an index patter with “retail-*” from admin account as global tenant. Logged in from other user and trying to access as global user but nothing has been showing.

Looks like with just “read” permission (index pattern “") I can search the logs . ButI when I specify the index pattern as "retail-”, it’s not working.

Could anyone please suggest why it’s not working, am i doing anything wrong .
