New Window in discover does not clear existing applied filters

Opensearch 2.17.0

Describe the issue:

We recently upgraded from opensearch 2.6.0 to 2.17.0 on kubernetes, after the upgrade we noticed that the ui loading is very slow when compared with 2.6.0 and also in UI when we click on New in the discover it wont clear the filters if we applied earlier, could some one please let us know if there is an option that we need to enable/disable so that when we click on New it will clear the existing filters?
