Moving KNN index from hot to ultrawarm by updating it to non-KNN

Describe the issue:
We are in the design phase of building a cluster and we have a requirement to have k-NN indexes for recent X days of data - we plan to use hot nodes for this.

For indexes past X days, we are interested in moving them to UltraWarm, but as documented (k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) search in Amazon OpenSearch Service - Amazon OpenSearch Service), UltraWarm does not support k-NN indexes. Is it possible to update the index to set index.knn: false as part of Index State Management policy?
