How to remove old old index files? Or keep one day indies files only

Hello there,
The indies files are growing so fast in my end and I have decided to keep just one day for the indices. How can I do this setup please? Is it from ES or Kibana?

Now you can setup Index State Management, it’s available on 1.3.0 open distro version.
