Describe the issue:
Our OpenSearch has scheduled daily snapshots on a specific repository. This action has a policy to send e-mail notifications to a mailing list on execution.
Whenever the snapshot is created, we’re receiving both a “Success” e-mail for the creation of the snapshot, followed by an “Exception” one, at exactly the same time - the snapshot is created, but snapshot management policy fails to execute
This did not happen in the past and I have been unable to pinpoint any activity that may have impacted this process.
The curious part is that during the timeframe of the snapshot there are no exception/error logs to be found. Are these exceptions logged to a specific file? Can they also be retrieved via API perhaps?

No relevant logs, no error/exception being shown on logs.
