Error: no route to host

Hello,

I an installing wazuh-4.1 using distributed-node|single-elasticsearch|mutil-wazuh server installation guide
If i run curl -XGET https://:9200 -u admin:admin -k from wazuh-server machine(both are in same n/w )
then " Failed to connect to port 9200: No route to host" error is coming.

Please help me out
