Error in Configuring Application in Observability in Opensearch

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):
I am using Opensearch 2.11. And has Observability plug in installed.

Thanks in advance.

Describe the issue:
When Application is attempted, I am able to configure Logs path. But ‘Services’ and ‘Trace’ drop down remain empty.
Where do these drop downs to be configured?
When Create button is hit, User gets an error.

Any advise?
