Elasticseach SQL plugin install issue

Hello,

While installing the below opendistro plugins for elasticsearch (7.10.2) facing an issue.
SQL: 1.13.2.0
Job Scheduler: 1.13.0.0
Anomaly Detection: 1.13.0.0

ODFE reached its end of life. But for anyone running into this, I believe the cause is the file protocol has two slashes (file://), so path should look like file:///home/user/opensearch-sql.zip
