The documentation points the location for YML files : config/opensearch-security

@sandyabcde The security config files have been moved to new location (config/opensearch-security) according to release notes of 2.0 and pull request 1749
I’ve found that for some reason the documentation has a new securityconfig folder in version 1.3.x and 2.0
