Cant create an index pattern. Anyone know why?…

Cognito. Federate. I am an admin user from the user pool. But I can’t see right top conner view roles as well.

(3)After create an index pattern, but Cant find it and ask me to create one again. (edited)
Do you have a template or index template that applies to ‘*’ index patterns?
