Hi all.
I wonder if anyone has implemented this in their scenario. We have AWS Elasticsearch 7.8 with the alerting destination to AWS SNS and then SNS connected to Atlassian OPSGenie to manage all the alerts with people on-call.
When we have an alert ELK send the alert to SNS then OPSGenie but when an operator ACKNOLEDGE the alert it doesn’t go back to SNS neither ELK and I found out that you can setup an OUTGOING connection (now we have incoming only) between OPS and SNS.
Do you think is what we need to do so?
Any idea/suggestions will be appreciate it
