400 bad request from saml

hi all! we have version 2.13 and we are still getting 400 errors sometimes from the saml
I know that there was a bug that was supposed to be fixed in the new version
anyone have an idea?

Do you have the URL to a GitHub or where the bug is logged?

Does the error appear when logging in or as per the GitHub BUG after 1-hour long session?

it’s happening after you are trying to login with user and password
