Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):
When I start OpenSearch Dashboards with “yarn start” or “yarn start --run-examples”, this does not show many of the menu items avaialble on package install.
It does not show index management, and many other links.
How to load all features in yarn start mode.
