Specific roles for ElasticSearch nodes?

I am wondering if nodes belonging to an AWS ElasticSearch Cluster can be assigned specific Roles ?
For ex : For Cluster Stability and Consistency reasons, I may want 2 nodes in my 10 node ElasticSearch
Cluster to be dedicated to serving : Ingest and Transform roles. Is that doable with AWS ElasticSearch ?

there are 4 node types and 3 type of node can be set.
and i have question about ingest node and data node, cause i set one node only ingest node and it lost in my cluster stat. :wink:

i found, if only 2 nodes, ingest node should be data node
