Describe the issue:
Is it possible to restore a snapshot from a manual AWS Opensearch snapshot in a S3 bucket to a non AWS OpenSearch?

To clarify, are you asking if a snapshot from the AWS OpenSearch service can be restored into an instance you are running via the open source project in-house?
