Opensearch dashboards separation

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):

Describe the issue:

On opensearch, I have a list of dashboards(many dashboards), some of them are inactive and active, I would like to keep all dashboards. Is there a way to separately file or list inactive vs active dashboards into separate categories?

What I have done wa separate them with different tenents and/or set permissions to old or non-active dashboards so no one lese can see them.
