Open Telemetry trace generation from Agentic Search

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser): OpenSearch 3.2 and above

Describe the issue: Agentic Search needs to support OpenTelemtry based trace generation so that agent interactions can be monitored by agent observability and evaluation tools such as Langfuse, Opik, Arize etc. Currently there is no visibility into the inter component interactions (LLM, tools, opensearch core).
