More distinction between tenants?

Versions (relevant - OpenSearch/Dashboard/Server OS/Browser):
opensearch & dashboards: 2.13.0

Describe the issue:

We are looking to use tenants for seperate project teams, and currently it appears difficult to distinguish which tenant is currently active.

As far as I can tell there is only the tenant name visible in the user profile box when clicked.

Is there any way to make the current tenant more visible? For example, by having the tenant name in the page header, or even browser title?
