Monitors: Filtering Results with an Allow List

I am trying to filter results from monitors and have not had much luck finding a novel way of doing this. For example, I have a list of IPs I do not want triggered.

I am currently adding it manually to the search itself in the monitor. Is there a scalable approach for filtering results from monitors?

I have not found a way to do this without some sort of custom business logic or 3rd party dependency.
