Issue with Sending Test Messages in OpenSearch Alerting

Describe the issue: I’m encountering an issue while trying to send a test message from OpenSearch to a Microsoft Teams channel. I have set up an alerting notification action, but I keep receiving the following error:

After going through the code, I can see that this error usually means that the notification channel is muted or disabled. Can you navigate to Notifications → Channels and verify that it isn’t. If that is not the case, can you outline clearly the steps to reproduce this error.
