Integrate Beats with Open Distro

Hello,
I am new in OpenDistro and I am wondering how can I integrate Beats like filebeat, packetbeat … with Open Distro in order to get data in kibana dashboard, it doesn’t look the same as Elastic search and I already used the username / password into pakcetbeat fields but it doesn’t work.
How can i integrate Beats with Open Distro
and is there a possibility to use api-key ?

Hi,

I don’t know about the other Beats but the only differences in sending logs with Filebeat to Open Distro I know of are that you have to use the OSS version of Filebeat and have to set setup.ilm.enabled: false in the configuration file.

It is possible to ship logs to ODFE ElasticSearch but loading the kibana dashboards is currently not possible
