I keep getting "Failed to Validate Access for ModelId" error in OS 2.12.0

Hi all,

For some reason I keep getting “Failed to Validate Access for ModelId” error in OS 2.12.0. The model works sometimes and in others it does not. The model is “BAAI/bge-reranker-base” rerank model.

Any idea why this is happening?
