Follow_referrals not exposed for ldap config?

In verison 7.1 of elasticsearch you can set follow_referrals to false: Security settings in Elasticsearch | Elasticsearch Guide [8.4] | Elastic

follow_referrals

Specifies whether Elasticsearch should follow referrals returned by the LDAP server. Referrals are URLs returned by the server that are to be used to continue the LDAP operation (for example, search). Defaults to true .

I don’t see that is an option in the open distro security config file under the ldap sections. Is this possible to enable?
