Fluent-bit feature request - [out_opensearch] provide options to suppress the key when using Logstash_Prefix_Key and/or Id_Key

Describe the issue:

I am hoping to help get some upvotes from this community for a feature request I have out to the fluent-bit project.

I short - the request is to suppress specific keys at output time, while allowing those keys to be used for Logstash_Prefix_Key and/or Id_Key evaluation.
